Termly Early-Payment Discount

Applies to tuition fees only, when all applicable fees are paid on or before the start of the term.

Annual Early-Payment Discount

Applies to tuition fees only, when all applicable annual fees are paid on or before the start of the term.

Siblings Discount

A tuition-only discount is available for three or more siblings. Fees must be paid in full according to the fees policy, or the discount is forfeited.

Candidate Classes

All applicable fees must be paid in full on or before the beginning of the term.

Boarding & Ancillary Fees

Boarding, lunch, transport, practical and PTA fees must be paid in full on or before the beginning of the term.

Non-Candidate Classes

75% of tuition fees on or before the start of term; the remaining 25% by mid-term.

Refund and excess-payment policy

  • Learners who are expelled or withdrawn are not eligible for a refund of fees already paid.
  • Excess fees paid by continuing learners may be carried forward to the following term.
  • Exceptions may apply to finalists or learners transferring at the end of the term.

A 10% penalty applies to outstanding fees not settled by the end of the term.

Admissions frequently asked questions

Yes. A K700 assessment fee applies to Lower Primary through Upper Secondary on admission. There is no assessment fee for Nursery School (Baby Class to Reception).

The previous school's latest report form, two passport-size photographs, and, where applicable, a copy of the Under-Five Card. Applicants also need to accept the Terms and Conditions and the Indemnity Form.

No. Transport, lunch and boarding are optional fees charged separately per term, alongside tuition.

Yes. A 2% discount applies when tuition is paid in full before the start of term, a 5% discount applies for early annual payment, and a 5% tuition discount is available for three or more siblings, subject to the fees policy.

Candidate classes must pay all applicable fees in full before the start of term. Non-candidate classes pay 75% before the start of term and the remaining 25% by mid-term.
