Our Nursery section is open to children from age 2 years and 6 months, with separate Baby, Middle and Reception classes. We offer foundation programmes for numeracy, reading and writing. Caring and specialist teachers encourage children to learn through play, with a dedicated play area for the Nursery and Primary section.
The school has a 100% pass rate in ECZ Grade 7 exams. The primary school focuses on preparing the children for the end of primary exams, while offering a curriculum including French, creative arts alongside computers, English, science and mathematics. The primary school has an experienced and specialist staff for lower and upper primary sections. Extra-curricular activities include sports, clubs, educational and recreational outings.
Our secondary school offers a computer lab, science labs for physics, chemistry and biology, a library and resource centre. Pupils learn in small class sizes in a beautiful environment. Parents and pupils have the opportunity to choose from a range of creative and vocational subjects alongside core academics. The school is an ECZ examination centre for Grades 7, 9 and 12 and we are now offering IGCSE from Grade 10-12.
Crested Crane offers boarding for primary and secondary pupils. We have separate boarding houses for girls and boys and 24-hour supervision with a resident boarding master and matron. There is a boarding programme for each week, including daily prep and recreational time. Special weekend events are organised at the beginning and end of each term. There is an excellent and nutritious menu prepared and cooked on site.
From Grade 10, crested crane academy offers a choice to continue with ECZ studies or to transfer to IGCSE. The school’s dedicated IGCSE programme currently includes English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Studies, English Literature, Geography, History, and Business Studies.
